Happy New Year to all of you ! An intense beginning of the year, with some great projects, of which here is a brief summary:

A BRIGHT LIGHT – tribute concerts to Karen Dalton

Director Emmanuelle Antille made a very beautiful film about Karen Dalton. For the release, she invited three musicians – Dayla Mischler, Mélissa Kassab and myself – to play after the screenings. We will reinterpret songs played by Karen as a trio, with some surprise guests in some cities.

We will be on tour all month of February, it starts on January 28 in Geneva, then on February 3 in Lausanne, and many other dates afterwards.

KASSETTE com-pause

In February we will celebrate the 3rd anniversary of the release of Bella Lui, Kassette’s latest album. After many concerts with magnificent musicians, it is time to put this repertoire on hold to let new ideas emerge. Thank you to everyone involved in this story!

Meanwhile here are two videos of a very moving concert, it was last November at the Tour Vagabonde in Fribourg.

I will be performing various major musical gaps between the end of January and mid-March, including a concert of H E X in Zurich and a concert of Eïla, a women choir, in Fribourg.

Then, I will have the pleasure of accompanying Josephine de Weck for a reading of Sylvia Plath’s diary on March 10. Then it will be the first Azur3000 concert! A duet with guitarist Perrine Berger, on March 11 at Le Bourg in Lausanne.
